Administrative
The administrative team at RE/MAX Advanced is responsible for the financial aspects of closings. Money is distributed according to closing instructions, documented and added to the appropriate files. Beyond closings, the administrative team provides general office support and administration of payroll and office expenses. |

Escrow Services
The escrow team is responsible for processing contracts, closed files, and agent reports. Tammy Pearcy manages escrow services at RE/MAX Advanced. Along with ensuring that all of your closing documentation is in order and processed accurately, she oversees the customer care staff – the first point of contact when you contact the office. |

Customer Care
When you walk in to a business, or call for information, you should be greeted with professionalism and excellent service. The customer care team at RE/MAX Advanced does just that. They also work behind the scenes to ensure that the team as a whole is as productive, efficient, and customer service oriented as possible. |
